Jim Arvanitis, founder of Demetri Homes, began working in the construction industry in his high school days. His genuine love for construction motivated him to become a State Certified Residential Contractor in 1977, at which time, he started his own company.

With over 30 years in the construction industry, his extensive knowledge, desire for excellence, and his sincere enthusiasm inspire confidence from his customers.

Jim and Maria, his wife and business partner, have surrounded themselves with a team who share their integrity and desire to give every customer the best possible home and to make their building experience the pleasant and exciting experience that it should be.
