HALO protection will warrant the following structural items: roof trusses, walls, sliding doors, windows, floors, steel frame.

Electrical System

Our HALO protection will warrant the complete electrical system originally supplied by Jacobsen Homes. The following items are covered by HALO: service panel, wiring, receptacles, switches, boxes, fixtures.

Plumbing System

HALO protection will warrant the plumbing system originally supplied by Jacobsen Homes. The following items are covered by HALO: hot and cold water lines, connections and joints, faucets, toilets, waste pipes, vents.

Heating & Air Conditioning System

HALO protection will warrant the original supply lines and return lines installed by Jacobsen Homes.

Miscellaneous

Cosmetic - 30 days
Dry Wall - 90 days
Roof - 20 years (shingles)
Electric and Plumbing - 5 years
