We know a person’s home is more than just bricks and mortar, it’s a place to take pride in and a place where family memories are made.

Our goal is to always do the right thing. We make sure to inspect every home, every day during the building process to insure the quality of the products being used and the quality in the workmanship. This personal care carries over to our customers long after they move in. Because they are moving into more than just a house... it’s their home.

All of our trade contractors are licensed and insured. We have chosen them for their consistency in quality and workmanship and dependable customer service. Using less experienced tradesmen just to save money will never happen with Demetri Homes. We respect your hard-earned money and want you to be happy, not only with the construction, but also with your investment for the long term.

Building a house is similar to preparing a very special recipe. For a quality product, every ingredient must be the best that it can be. Each step must be nurtured and carefully implemented, perfectly timed.
